SpringMVC的XML文件的元素放置问题

在进行springmvc开发的时候发现了这样的错误：

Invalid content was found starting with element ‘{“http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:init-param}’. One of ‘{“http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:enabled, “http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:async-supported, “http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:run-as, “http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:security-role-ref, “http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:multipart-config}’ is expected.

这个错误的翻译信息是：
发现以元素“{“http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:init-param}”开头的无效内容。应该是“{“http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:已启用，“http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:async-supported， “http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:run-as， “http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:security-role-ref， “http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee”:multipart-config}”中的一个。

出错的原因是因为load-on-startup在init上面，这个是因为我们把子元素的位置设置错了
