报错解决librclpy_common.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

在pycharm的UI界面run一个程序时出现问题,但是在terminal没有问题。

原因如下:我在系统上装了ROS1的Noetic和ROS2的Foxy,Pycharm编译的时候用的是ROS2的foxy,没有相关logging的包,所以在File | Settings | Project: | Python Interpreter里边将python的位置修改为usr/bin/python就好了3(原来是usr/bin/python3.8)
