【AutoDL】成功解决Git Clone不下来的问题，总是超时或者网络不稳定，用学术加速直接秒了

刚开始玩AutoDL git clone就给我来了个下马威，遇到的报错千奇百怪，都是类似于超时网络不稳定等问题，

例如：error: RPC failed; curl 92 HTTP/2 stream 5 was not closed cleanly: CANCEL (err 8) error: 29 bytes of body are still expected fetch-pack: unexpected disconnect while reading sideband packet fatal: early EOF fatal: fetch-pack: invalid index-pack output fatal: clone of 'https://github.com/NVIDIA/cutlass' into submodule path '/tmp/pip-req-build-s69ckp8l/dependencies/cutlass' failed Failed to clone 'dependencies/cutlass'. Retry scheduled等等各种各样

解决方法例如代理等不尽人意，用浅层clone的方法行但是麻烦。

于是终于找到解决方法,直接bash输入：

source /etc/network_turbo

取消的方法可使用取消代理：

unset http_proxy && unset https_proxy

 但是访问网站十分受限，配环境可以整一下
