Vue 项目 npm install 报错 code 128

从git拉去项目到本地，npm i 失败问题

处理方法：
在项目文件夹上点击鼠标右键，点击Git Bash Here ,然后依次执行以下命令：

$ git init 
$ git config --global http.sslverify "false"
$ npm i
