git push 报错fatal the current branch master has no upstream branch和Everything up-to-date

git push 之前先 git add .和git commit -m '描述性语言'（别让自己感觉自己很蠢。。。 哎）

1.fatal the current branch master has no upstream branch

建立远程分支关联即可 (本地远程master)

一种： git push --set-upstream 地址 master

2.Everything up-to-date

原因：
1）没有git add .
2）没有git commit -m "提交信息"
