网上查了说要关闭代理，但是尝试后没有解决。或者说不知道怎么关闭代理···

解决办法：找到.condarc文件。这个文件不是安装conda自带的，而是有的conda教程会让你创建一个。该文件用于设置镜像源和配置代理，路径一般为C:\Users\你的用户名。删掉以下内容：

proxy_servers:
  http: http://xxxxxx
  https: https://xxxxxx
