11.2.0.4 执行roothas.pl时报以下错误

此报错是由bug 18650453导致的，已经在在12.1.0.2中被修复

解决此问题可以使用以下补丁

1.补丁程序18650453: OL7: CLUSTERWARE ROOT SCRIPTS FAIL DUE TO: CAN'T LOCATE ENV.PM IN @INC


2.也可使用gi中绝对路径perl执行，解决
