tensorflow各个版本不对。1.4.0版本亲测没问题。

pip install --upgrade tensorflow==1.4.0

from tensorflow.python.data import Dataset

出现 no tensorflow.python.data，这是tensorflow版本是1.3.0

升级tensorflow到1.8.0或1.7.0后，import tensorflow都出现问题。
