在latex中，运用gather排版多行公式的好处之一就是可以使得公式居中，我们分别采用gather和align对多行公式进行排版，对比一下效果。
1.采用align排版公式：
\begin{align*}
\{\{v,b,f,c,d\},\{v,b,f,c,r\},\{v,b,f,t,d\},\{v,b,f,t,r\},\\\{v,b,f,
c,t,d,r\},\{v,b,f,c,t,r\}\}.
\end{align*}
效果如下：

公式没有居中。
2.采用gather排版公式：
\begin{gather*}
\{\{v,b,f,c,d\},\{v,b,f,c,r\},\{v,b,f,t,d\},\{v,b,f,t,r\},\\\{v,b,f,
c,t,d,r\},\{v,b,f,c,t,r\}\}.
\end{gather*}
效果如下：


公式居中排版了，是不是看上去更整齐呢？
