what we can do after 35, programmers

just read some complaints from other's blog saying that IT guys are limited at age of 35, promoted to mgr or die....

 

I just want to remind the ones who have never been abroad or never see senior engineers that IT is not only for young man.

 

1, the peak time for a senior engineer is 40. I dont need to list all the profound scholars in IT industry to prove it.

2, architecture is far more complicate than what most so called "architect" think. senior architect could be at the age of 50-60.

3, stay foolish, stay hungry ---Jobs

4, The ones who understand the history and are curious about the new things should be more valuable.

5, Look at international companies, there should be many high level engineer roles waiting for you!
