个人观点
开发软件仅仅只是软件工程里的冰山一角，简单来说，软件工程是指导计算机软件开发和维护的一门工程学科。

软件=程序+文档；程序=算法+数据结构。软件工程不一定会教导不会写程序的人开发软件，但会指导软件工程学生弄清楚自己所学的内容。
