Glutton BBQ 【barbecue】馋嘴烧烤

We will open a nice barbecue shop called Glutton BBQ
In older to attract our customers and come there frequently ,we need to pay more attention to these five tips :

 

First of of , we have the unforgettable name for our shop called Glutton BBQ .

 

 Secondly, we own our unique slogan that is Delicious and healthy , environmentally and friendly  taste as the core ,  raised for the purpose .

 

Thirdly , for keeping the customers knowned our shop ,we should  improving our BBQ's qualities and give the customers a deep impression .

 

Fourthly ,we have to make some promotion methods . just like having some discounts to our regular clients thus making them can always come there and tell their friends .

 

Fifthly , we will constantly make our advertising . Dispaly our all kinds of features on the advertising .

The shop is devided into four departmants : Marketing Department ,Technical Department, Financial Department , Logistics Department. Here are the ministers of these departments:

I am the minster of Financial Department .
I am the minster of Technical Department .
I am the minster of  Financial Department .
I am the minster of  Logistics Department.

1.Marketing Department
For my department , we should make a clear plan , achieve the sale targets and make the market research , market forecast per mouth . To summarise  the work on a regular basis , and submit a report to the director.Investigating the direction of the new products and new technologies. To reflect the shortcomings in the work , and constantly adjust the sales policy , management system and sales plan.

 

2.Technical Department
For my department , we need map out the shop's information system planning . According to the demand , to develop and test  the tasty of our BBQ and apply for human favour .Gradually establishing an integrated resource of  management system. What's more we will study the skill of how to bake barbecue.

 

3.Financial Department
For my department ,we are in charge of the financial cost analysis system .Our task is to carry out the end cost  and extract the relevant tax .And caculating the main business tax and the payable queries .Of course it contains the main business income . Making the preparation of financial analysis report at the end of every mouth according to  financial analysis of data and information .Collecting staff's appraisal information at the beginning of the month.

 

4.Logistics Department
For my department , we are responsible for making related management systems, making purchases plan for the sales and we need to handle the cuntomers' complaints about our quality timely and properly . Meanwhile , we have to inspect our shop's cleaning regularly or irregularly . Cooperating the other departments to train our staff and improve their skill in baking and service level.Checking our staff can handle the work olderly up tp a high level and finish their work in time .
