Reads and outputs the entire contents of the input filename.
该函数用于读取并输出输入文件名的全部内容。

tf.io.read_file(
    filename, name=None
)

Args:

• filename: A Tensor of type string.
• filename：一个string类型的张量。
• name: A name for the operation (optional).
• name: 该操作的名字(可选)

Returns:

• A Tensor of type string.
• 返回一个string类型的张量
