svn代理导致的提交失败 googlecode Unable to connect to a repository

RA layer request failed svn: Commit failed (details follow): 
svn: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://.....googlecode.com/svn/。。 '
svn: OPTIONS of 'https:/......googlecode.com/svn/... ':
 could not connect to server (https://....googlecode.com)

svn客户端 （亲测）

解决办法：

svn -- setting -- network 然后填上代理地址就可以啦。。。。

找到C:\Users\。。。。\AppData\Roaming\Subversion\servers
