Go to url

https://www.oracle.com/middleware/technologies/weblogic.html

Do operations below

Click "Downloads" -> Accept license agreement -> Select generic installer(800MB) -> Input your oracle account -> Download begin

Install

Command[Start install]

java -jar D:\fmw_12.2.1.3.0_wls_Disk1_1of1\fmw_12.2.1.3.0_wls.jar

Basically use default config[See detail in reference urls]

Start weblogic

C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\base_domain
Double click: startWebLogic.cmd

Go to http://localhost:7001/console in your browser
And then input your account which you set.
