Qualifications:
1. With strong ownership and leadership to drive the development in a midiem team (more than 10 developer)
2. With solid hands-on experience on JavaScript development(Dojo, JQuery, Ext. etc.) and Web services , 4+ years related practice and 2 year leader at least
3. Familiar with characteristic of comparability of web browsers and different JS tool kits
4. Good in communications with client and team
5. Can perform effort estimation based on requirement scope.
