After my last article, Five Things I Do Every Day, several friends told me about their own priorities. The ones I heard most were to keep learning and be charitable.
Well, yes and no.
I consider giving back as a part of evangelizing. I wrote Five Things I Do Every Day from my perspective as a member within a professional community. That said, your city, town or neighborhood is a community too. I wrote about volunteering and service. This also applies to the place you live. Give back, donate, volunteer and pay it forward. Evangelize your community.
After giving back to one's community, the priority I heard most often was to keep learning. This time I must disagree. Does that surprise you? If so, good. You appreciate the value of education. Just remember that learning has a purpose, to be put into action. An education becomes nothing but wasted time if it's never put to use.
Look around Trump University. On this website you will find some of the best available guides on personal success and wealth building, including real estate investing and starting a business. You will also find hands on training and mentors to go into the field with you and guide you as you put your knowledge into action. Why? Knowledge comes from both education and experience. Trump University is committed to the principle that success comes from knowledge put into action.
Be voracious about your learning and make sure to put your learning into action.
