ubuntu16.04 libcublas.so.9.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory报错

解决办法： tensorflow版本是1.6 ，需要支持CUDA9.0 高于我的CUDA版本，所以重新安装低版本的tensorflow
sudo pip3 install tensorflow-gpu==1.4 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/
使用国内源安装速度会快些
