What is Random Data Input/Output

For read operations,first use the page read command (00h-30h) to notify Nandflash to transfer the page of the specified address to the data register(page cache).
Nandflash starts the data copy work immediately after receiving the instruction, and puts the specified page into the page buffer area under the internal timing control. During this period, the R/B# signal line is always low, and after the read operation is completed, R/B# is set high.
At this time, you can read data from the page buffer by pulling down RE#, starting from the top of the page by default. (Nand has a read pointer, which starts from the beginning by default when reading a page) Every time RE# pulls down the read pointer Move backward, and fetch data in this order.
