安装nctf4
系统是CentOS 7.6
在使用bio3d读取轨迹时发现无法读取Amber的轨迹文件发现缺少nctf4这个包。
> read.ncdf(trjfile = "../../md/eq.mdcrd")

Please install the ncdf4 package from CRAN
nctf4是R中用来读取轨迹的包。在windows下面应该是可以直接安装ncdf4的。但是在linux下需要编译后在安装。所以在bio3d包中并没有安装好这个包。
在R中直接用install.packages安装nctf4发现错误。没有找到nc-config
> install.packages("ncdf4")
