 　　Today I just modified one function.  This function is used to load configure data from
a CSV file.  The source codes is about 330 lines in that there are so much items.

  The original codes from Japan has a function "init()" having codes about 1000 lines.
It is not good style of programming.

  I don't know how many work days those programmers took to write that hugh function.
I took a whole work day to write "get_config()".  In actual fact, I don't know how to
set those default values.  It is delayed for days.
