sublime test3使用卡顿现象的解决

最近在做网站相关的工作，又开始使用sublime text3，使用过程中发现st3使用的时候总是会出现卡顿的现象，一开始以为是因为笔记本的问题（surface pro4 i5 8+256），但是后来用到notepad++的时候发现正常，工程文件不大，就去网上扒了一下原因，发现主要是一下几种问题：

1.编辑卡顿。

2.开启卡顿。

解决方法：
