FYI,
For DELL /HP E362 3.x device, there is no hardware reset button to do factoryreset,
To restore the device on factory, we can use a diag command to perform this.

1> Open QXDM, connected to device
2> In QXDM Main menu bar ->go to View and check Command Bar option
3> Write this command - send_data 0x4b 0xfa 0x0f 0x00 onQXDM command line
4> just press “enter” to execute, command output displayed automatically as follows,device will be reset to factory.
