MYSQL数据库从5.7升级到8.0时，项目启动出现以下错误：

解决方法：需要指定时区参数：serverTimezone=GMT%2B8（备注：东八区）

之前的url：

jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/baidu_XXXX_busi?characterEncoding=utf-8&rewriteBatchedStatements=true&allowMultiQueries=true

改之后：

jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/hdywtb_center_busi?characterEncoding=utf-8&serverTimezone=GMT%2B8&rewriteBatchedStatements=true&allowMultiQueries=true

结果：完美启动啦
