这个异常是数据库时区的异常

Caused by: com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value 'ÖÐ¹ú±ê×¼Ê±¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

异常提醒我们必须配置一下serverTimezone

所以我们在url中添加serverTimezone=UTC即可

如：

datasource:
  driver-class-name: com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
  url: jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/carbaby?serverTimezone=UTC&useSSL=false&characterEncoding=utf8&autoReconnect=true
  username: root
  password: root
