Presentation(一)

   今天我开始了我的英语学习的新方式，我的学长(王学长）是一个英语很厉害的学长。由他对我进行训练，我很感动。真的谢谢你。
   Today Our topic is about the Microsoft lauch a buy-out deal of yahoo. "lauch a"是学长教我的就是微软发动了对yaoo的收购。学长说关于英语演讲就是要有条理，每一段要讲的内容都可以用一个关键字进行代表。今天我们的topic有七个小点:
(1):things:
    Microsoft lauch a buy-out deal of yahoo
(2):reason:
    Microsoft want to combine its web business with yahoo.
(3):Google Status:
    As a leading of search engine business ,google accounts for 61%  in market while the second one yahoo only accounts for 21%.
(4):Googe Action:
    As the googler said" If you can't compete a company, you can buy it".As it did in the case of Google bought Yutube.This time Microsofter believe it and follow it.But this time Google don't want someone to follow it's motto.Google interfere the buy-out deal.
    "google"与"Microsofter"是王学长教我的说法，把Googler公司与微软公司的名称加上-er，将其幽默化。很好玩的。
(5):Chance:
    However the experts said it's little chance for the Microsoft  success in buying the yahoo.The reason  follow:
   5.1 first about the price:
        What the price the yahoo ask for is 41 dollars per share(股票）which is 4 dollars higher than what 
microsoft can offer.
        其中per share 代表是每一股多少.也可以引升出另一词:shareholder（利益相关者)
   5.2 second about independente:
       The YZY, as a member of a brood of  governer(董事会),said"Yahoo should be independente."
   5.3 third employees:
       Few of employees afraid that the MS would stream line.（这是我说的）对比一下学长说的，就知道他的英语有大牛了：
       The deal arouses great emotion among the employee of YH,for they afraid of mass stream line.
       其中stream line 是裁员的意思。
(6):Survive:
      The yahoo find a way to survive it.Yahoo is also in discussions to allow Google to sell the ads that appear a long-side some of its internet search results.
     总体来说，今天的收获很大，让我对英语的学习有了一个全新的体验，嗨........，今天写了一下午了，不想多说，还是去吃饭了。
