1993年		由上面三位在以色列拉马特甘成立。（刚开始的时候，只做状态监测）；第一款产品：FireWall-1；之后不久第一款VPN产品：VPN-1；
1994年		与SUN公司签订一份OEM协议；
	4月	1.0版本，SunOS 4.1.4，Solaris 2.3，
1995年		与HP签署很多协议；
		总部在加利福尼亚红木城成立；
	9月	2.0版本，SunOS，Solaris，HP-UX，Firewall Zone-1后来被称之为FWZ-1；

		在纳斯达克首次公开募股；
1997年		在美国注册#5,606,668专利；VPN-1植入到周边防火墙，相比cisco PIX和juniper Screen已经被收购；
