性质简介：Indo-1, AM is an acetyl methyl ester derivative of Indo-1, which has cell membrane permeability and can easily enter cells with simple cultivation. Once inside the cell, it is cleaved by its esterase to generate indo-1, which has no membrane permeability and remains in the cell to perform its corresponding physiological functions. Using the ratio of fluorescence intensity at the emission wavelength to determine intracellular Ca -+concentration can eliminate detection errors caused by differences in fluorescence probe loading efficiency, probe leakage, and differences in cell thickness among different cell samples. In actual testing, large emission wavelengths were used at 405nm and 485nm, respectively.
