linux shell:

根据文件大小读取筛选内容：

sed -n '1,2p' $file >> sequences.file

重命名文件

mv oldname newname #方式一
rename 's/$/.$name' #方式2, 失败
cat file > newfile # 重定向

Python 3.8

os.popen（）方法
功能：os.popen（）方法，打开文件管道符，将命令写入文件管道符
语法：

os.popen(command [, mode [ , bufsize ] ])

参数：
command: 命令
mode：模式
bufsize: python 3.8 默认为-1
返回值：
但会文件描述符打开的文件对象
实例：

import os
cmd = 'echo "I am tynam"'
f = os.popen(cmd, 'r')
f.read()

Out[19]: '"I am tynam"\n'
