解决 fatal: unable to access ‘https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop/‘

问题

使用 scoop 安装软件时报错
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop/': Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 7890 after 2065 ms: Connection refused Update failed.

解决过程

使用 scoop config 发现使用了代理。

proxy        : 127.0.0.1:7890
gh_token     : 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
last_update  : 2022/10/21 15:15:58
scoop_repo   : https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop
scoop_branch : master

于是到 C:\Users\your-user-name\.config\scoop 目录打开 config.json ，将里面的 proxy 行删除。
问题解决。

下载时 aria2 报错 [ERROR] CUID#8 - Download aborted.

解决过程2

在网上搜索发现是 powershell 运行的严格性限制，以管理员权限在 powershell 中使用 set-executionpolicy remotesigned -s currentuser 。
问题解决。
