The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Please reinstall the kernel module by executing
 
'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'
 
as root. Users of Ubuntu, Fedora or Mandriva should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary.

答：这是linux内核升级后造成的，解决办法：

sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup

若提示vboxdrv不存在，则看看 /etc/init.d下有没有 vbox开头的或者vboxdrv.dpkg-bak之类的文件。
$ sudo ls /etc/init.d

如果有vboxdrv.dpkg-bak ，运行代码:

sudo cp /etc/init.d/vboxdrv.dpkg-bak /etc/init.d/vboxdrv
sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
