VMware安裝Ubuntu10后安裝Vmware Tools的方法

 

1. 從Ubuntu源中安裝open-vm-tools

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends open-vm-dkms
sudo apt-get install open-vm-tools

2. 從你的當前VMware中安裝

sudo apt-get install build-essential linux-headers-`uname -r` psmisc
sudo mkdir /media/cdrom
sudo mount /dev/cdrom /media/cdrom
sudo cp /media/cdrom/VMwareTools*.tar.gz ~/Desktop
cd ~/Desktop/vmware-tools-distrib
sudo ./vmware-install.pl

另外一种方式：
sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
sudo mount /dev/cdrom /media/cdrom
cp /media/cdrom/VMware*.tar.gz /tmp
sudo umount /media/cdrom
cd /tmp
tar xzvf VMware*.gz
cd vmware-tools-distrib/
sudo ./vmware-install.pl
