Vista user account cannot logon

Vista user password is lost,how can logon the system.

I change the account setting by "My Computer->Manage->Local users and groups->Users:
Check User cannot chang password."

Logoff and logon again,prompt need change password when first logon.After input the original password,then input and confirm
the new password,but still cannot logon.Try several times,the issu still exists.

Find solution from website.Following method is usefull:
1.Press F8 when Vista system setups,then select "Safe mode with command prompt".
2.Select a administrator user,input original password,open the command prompt window.
3.New a user by net command.The format is:
net username /add

Grant new user administrator:
net localgroup administrators username /add
4.Restart,the newuser will present in the logon window.
5.Logon with new user account,and remove the old user's password,or modify its setting.
6.Restart,the old user account can logon.
