Some thinking on process

  As you know,process is very important for every project.A process includes several taches.So the management of process is difficult. There must have some relation between each tache.Then if one tache occur error or a bottleneck take place in one tache.That  will affect latter step certainly,even entirely project.That is petty!We always want to improve our efficiency of work.But if we cann't do these well,not to say advancement.I think this can be settled from two points.One is the self-management of every member and the effect management from leader.Some like the distribution of everyone's work,daily reports and something like that.There are too many approaches.And the other I think is account certain degree is the application of latest skill.We can instead some complex steps using the newest methods.I think it is not also a guarantee of the process,but only upgrade the efficiency.That will leave more time to do other more important things.I think that is good for our project and ourselves.
