The whole process of developing software.

  It is undoubt that process is one of the most important factor in the whole software devleoping.It should beginning from the requirment analysis phase.It also the most vital step for a good project.Requiement analysisor not only communicate with developer,also the tester.They should make everybody in the team understand what we need to do,and what the customer want or something like that.Certainly,they also need write it down and as a blueprint for develop and testing.As the mention of requirement,so what is it.In my view,it is not only a description for what the project do,also the logic.Analysisor need analysis every point and write them to use case.And base on these,other part can implement their work.But,in fact,lots of factors lead this part is not completely and well.For example,difference on culture(especially for outsourcing),obstacle on language,communication,even the preparement of people.So,in some extent,it result the whole project can't release on time,or there are lots of questions find by customer.I think this situation is not good for our team,and also bad for customer.

  After this,we also need do lots of work for requirement.Firstly,the requestion of customer may varity repeatly.In this way,we need change the document as soon as possible.Then,after a requirement settled,developer and tester need execute the requirement review,like a rollback to analysis.They should give a feedback to analysisor that their understanding is correct.If there is no issue be found,developer can start coding and tester can begin write test plan and initial data.So this step is preparation for posterior stair.As the essentiality of it,we should emphasize this circle.
