python pip Could not find a version

Python 2.7.3

pip 8.1.1 

pip安装任何软件都报错，报如下错误

对照着网上进行了如下操作依然报错

1，更改ca-bundle.crt

wget http://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem  

mv cacert.pem ca-bundle.crt | mv ca-bundle.crt /etc/pki/tls/certs

2， 更新安装最新certifi，pyOpenssl

certifi (2018.4.16)

pyOpenSSL (17.5.0)

抓包查看，原来pip install时pypi.python.org源站解析ip错误，重新配置/etc/resolve.conf文件

nameserver 8.8.8.8

即可
