解决方法

查看环境变量是否含有 xxxxxx\anaconda3\Scripts ，若有将此路径从环境变量中移除
添加此库将不能使用conda activate +虚拟环境的名，激活虚拟环境，只能使用activate +虚拟环境激活

系统默认安装路径,环境变量中的内容为 C:\ProgramData\anaconda3\Scripts ，去掉此处配置
