ubuntu 配置 python

1.Using Python
------------

always find help from: https://www.python.org/

On Unix, Linux, BSD, macOS, and Cygwin::

    ./configure
    make
    make test
    sudo make install

the dir is /usr/local/bin/

the location may be different

beware of the console log

 

2. if multi-version python installed in your computer

method 1 change alias

# alias python='/usr/local/bin/python3.7'

the command above change python2 to python3,you can change reversely by changing path

but beaware its only been effective in your current terminal

# python --version

 for version info

method 2 or you can alter symbolic link of python

lower the priority of python2 and up python3 should do the work

# update-alternatives: --install 需要 <链接>                   <名称>    <路径>                           <优先级>

# sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/python   python    /usr/bin/python2.7*    100

# sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/python   python    /usr/bin/python3         2
noted that bigger number indicates lower priority

 

3.安装pip

be aware the log of make install

generally pip will be installed

if not the case

run

#sudo -H python -m pip install -U pip
