使用相对布局管理器布局“手机号码”文本框，“确定”按钮和“取消”按钮的相对位置

android:gravity用于设置布局管理器中各组件的对齐方式。
android:ignoreGravity用于指定哪个组件不受gravity属性的影响。

例子：
添加一个< RelativeLayout>相对布局管理器，在该布局管理器中，添加一个TextView组件，一个EditText组件和两个Button组件，并设置它们的显示位置及对齐方式。
