     近日，华为科技采购了压电D15夹具，这是继之前采购ZJ-3型精密D33测试仪之后，配套了D15夹具，目前我们研发了D15块体和D15圆管夹具，这对于开展先进新压电材料应用于新领域有着重要仪器。

ZJ-3型压电测试仪（静压电系数d33测量仪）是为测量压电材料的d33常数而设计的专用仪器，它可用来测量具有大压电常数的压电陶瓷，小压电常数的压电单晶及压电高分子材料。此外，也可测量任意取向压电单晶以及某些压电器件的等效压电d’33常数，仪器测量范围宽，分辨率细，可靠性高，操作简单，对试样大小及形状无特殊要求，圆片、圆环、圆管、方块、长条、柱形及半球壳等均可测量，测量结果和极性在三位半数字面板表上直接显示。ZJ-3型增加了对被测元件的放电保护、放电提示以及被测波形输出等功能，使得仪器在测量未放电（尤其是较大尺寸）的压电元件时具备了高电压放电提示及保护功能，本仪器是从事压电材料及压电元件生产、应用与研究部门的必备仪器。

Recently, Huawei Technology purchased the piezoelectric D15 fixture, which is a complementary fixture to the previous purchase of the ZJ-3 precision D33 tester. Currently, we have developed the D15 block and D15 round tube fixtures, which are important instruments for the application of advanced new piezoelectric materials in new fields.

The ZJ-3 piezoelectric tester (static pressure coefficient d33 measuring instrument) is a specialized instrument designed to measure the d33 constant of piezoelectric materials. It can be used to measure piezoelectric ceramics with large piezoelectric constants, piezoelectric single crystals with small piezoelectric constants, and piezoelectric polymer materials. In addition, the equivalent piezoelectric d'33 constant of arbitrary orientation piezoelectric single crystals and certain piezoelectric devices can also be measured. The instrument has a wide measurement range, fine resolution, high reliability, simple operation, and no special requirements for sample size and shape. It can be measured on circular plates, rings, tubes, squares, strips, columns, and hemispherical shells. The measurement results and polarity are directly displayed on a three and a half digit panel table. The ZJ-3 model has added functions such as discharge protection, discharge prompt, and measured waveform output for the tested components, enabling the instrument to have high voltage discharge prompt and protection functions when measuring non discharged (especially large-sized) piezoelectric components. This instrument is an essential instrument for departments engaged in the production, application, and research of piezoelectric materials and components.
