New job in Glory Shoes Intrustrial Ltd.

After a year absent, I returned back to PouChen Shoes Industrial again by my friend Louis invitation.

There is a little change on my job with the last time, though my employer is PouChen still, I job place is
not in PouChen, I work for Glory Shoes Industrial Ltd as a role of supporter, it is a joint venture of PouChen.

After a day travel in Glory, It is a unfamiliar circumstance, Nobody is familiar except Louis. Due to Glory is a
joint venture of PouChen so that all of our team comes from PouChen, it is a forigner!

I hope that my team can do some practical things, can help Glory to improve its managerial & daily problems
properly, I wish that have a allowance at the failure because of its youger.
