GM was very angry wit h management problems, suc h as hig ht reject, hig ht employee flowing, low efficiency,etc.. These have exsited long long time, since before I came here.
These particular problems seemed very complex and various, from my opinion, it can be classified some types, Uses special management tool to deal with special type problems, due to it is existing long time, which it may be very fixed and complex, we can implement a change from hight level, then create some tools or check list for particular problem, in one word, to kill these problems, we should think more on more hight management leve.
Another topic is how to activate employee's positivity?
