gitbook 安装报错 /usr/local/lib/node_modules/gitbook-cli/node_modules/npm/node_modules/graceful-fs/polyf

macbook上使用npm 安装gitbook

$ npm install gitbook-cli -g

后，运行gitbook init   报错如下：

% gitbook init

尝试安装命令行：

% xcode-select --install

xcode-select: error: command line tools are already installed, use "Software Update" to install updates

提示已经安装。

执行下面命令ok

% cd /usr/local/lib/node_modules/gitbook-cli/node_modules/npm/node_modules/
% npm install graceful-fs@latest --save

重新执行gitbook init

% gitbook init                                                                
Installing GitBook 3.2.3

ok
