AS在导入项目时，出现报错：ERROR: Failed to install the following Android SDK packages as some licences have not been accepted.

用了这位兄台的方法，成功解决

1.首先cmd 进入到安装SDK的tools/bin目录下
2.执行命令sdkmanager --license 更新 license 文件，执行过程需要多次确认，全部y执行到底


3.重新刷新一下android studio
