Win7Sp1_x64 使用 TLS1.2

Win7 Sp1，默认是不支持 TLS1.2，现在大部分用户都会使用 https 增加网络的安全性。

1. 下载安装 Win7的补丁

2. 修改注册表

打开win的运行 输入 regedit

定位到：

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\WinHttp

设置 DefaultSecureProtocols 的值为 DWORD   0x00000800
