I have a habit of writing something sometimes before，I want to pick up it from today.

The emphasis of my work today still mainly focuses on QEMU and Windows guest driver developement environment.

1.Mail to Rozenfeld to ask some questions about the environment

On 29th Sept,I discussed the Windows guest driver development environment with Ran.

He thought when running 2 Windows VMs simultaneously, the performance may be inacceptable,however he have no idea what it really go.So he want me to pay more attention on the Windows guest driver development(compile,debug,etc.) and evaluate the performance from this week,and document it on Wiki.

I send mail to Valid to ask some questions about this,he give me some help quickly.

Appreciated for the reply:

"Right, debugging over serial port is a little bit slow. However,
it still acceptable, especially if you have all necessary symbols in the
local symbol cache."

2.Test a patch of QEMU from Stefan

I test the patch
[Qemu-devel] [PATCH 0/3] block: zero write detection

by using the qemu-iotest.When using qemu-iotest,I met a problem about git.

I clone the master branch of the git repository,but it is not the latest version.Sometimes,it is a very common thing.

Thanks to DeXin for help me finding this key point, thereby I can test the patch sucessfully.

But I am still confused what the "image streaming" is and other concepts. NEED code reading!

3.Talked with old colleague

I met QXi on sametime,she is back from vocation yesterday.She was married during National Day's Festival.And I give her my wedding sweet and she give me "麻辣牛肉干" and amazing pictures of Kanas Lake in exchange.:)

We talked a lot about the work and career future.

Hope for better career prospect in I@M!

I AM MARRIED!

My baby,she feels not so good recently!
