Dev Action: Workaround/fix need to be provided in 2 hrs .If workaround is provided the fix can be delivered in the next build.
Severity 2 - Major functions are disabled or unavailable. A workaround is available, but there is major impact to the user community.
Order of importance: Sev/Pri: 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, 2/4.
Dev Action: Workaround/fix need to be provided in 8 hrs .If workaround is provided the fix can be delivered in the next build.
Severity 3 - A minor function is not working correctly. A workaround is available, and there is minimal impact to the users.
Order of importance: Sev/Pri: 3/1, 3/2, 3/3, 3/4.
Dev Action: Provide the workaround if available, development team may fix these issues depending on the bandwidth available to work on these issues
Severity 4 - No system functions are affected. The problem is very minor or cosmetic. There is minimal or no impact to the user.
Order of importance: Sev/Pri: 4/1, 4/2, 4/3, 4/4.
Dev Action: Development team may fix these issues depending on the bandwidth available to work on these issues
