SOA Service Client : Update Flow in PERT CHART

Create Link between operation in PERT chart view in Manufacturing Process Planner (For BOP) is using UpdateFlow icon . For detail please refer

How do you achieve above using SOA service ?

Execute the action in Teamcenter for the same and check communication Monitor log
