Cisco Extension Mobility

基于CM Version :6.0.1

 

配置步骤如下：

Task 1: 检查 Extension Mobility Service 是否运行

Step 1登录Cisco Unified CallManager Serviceability

Step 2 选择 Tools> Service Activation
Step 3 确认Cisco Extension Mobility service是 Activated的状态

 

 

Task 2:配置 Extension Mobility Service
增加CiscoExtension Mobility service 作为一个Cisco Unified IP Phone Service. 需要配置一个服务名称，描述和URL连接等相关内容

Step 1 登录Cisco Unified CallManager Administration
Step 2 选择Device>Device Settings>PhoneServices
Step 3 点击 Add New，填写相关内容。
Step 4 In the Service URLfield, Enter the following URL: http://x.x.x.x:8080/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#  (x.x.x.x为CCM地址)
Step 5 点击 Save

 

 

Task 3: 设置Service Parameters(可选项，也就是说可以使用缺省，不进行参数变动)

选择System >Service Parameters. 可以定义Extension Mobility的一些参数。

 

Task 4: 修改 Enterprise Parameters中URL服务的地址，避免Phone service无法使用（可选项）
缺省时，Phone认证等URL使用的是CM服务器名，但当你网内无DNS时，就会造成无法解析成IP，从而造成PhoneService无法使用，出现Host not found等报错，故要求将服务器名更改为IP地址。部署有DNS时则不需此任务步骤。

Step 1 选择System>Enterprise Parameters
Step 2 在 Phone URL parameters选项下, 修改主机名为CCM的IP地址，注意，只修改主机名，不要修改其他地方，如下图： 10.0.0.100（CM服务器IP地址）.

Step 3 点击Save

 

Task 5: CreateDevice Profile Default for Each Phone Model that shall Support Cisco ExtensionMobility（可选项）
Configure a clusterwide default device profile for eachmodel of Cisco Unified IP Phone that you want to support Cisco ExtensionMobility. The phone takes on the default device profile whenever a user logs into a phone model for which the user has no user device profile.

Step 1 SelectDevice>Device Settings>Default Device Profile
Step 2 From the drop down list, select the phone model to be configured, forexample, Cisco 7961.
Step 3 Under Description, enter a description of this profile.
Step 4 Under Phone Button Template, select Standard 7961 SCCP.
Step 5 Click Save
Step 6 Repeat for each model phone to be configured

 

Task 6: 创建一个 Device User Profile for a User

创建一个device profile文件，然后随意选择设备类型，保存后，选择左侧dn设置，也就是将profile文件和 DN进行关联。（DN号码就是配置需要远程登录的电话）。然后在回到设备配置页面，选择右上角关联服务选项。关联最早创建的EM服务。

 

在user设置页面，关联device porfile文件，就是上面创建的文件。

 

在要登陆的电话上，启用EM服务功能，同时和上面一样，做EM服务的关联，

 

 

Step 1 选择Device>Device Settings>Device Profile  然后点击 Add New.
Step 2 从下拉菜单中选择要配置的电话类型, 例如Cisco7906，7911，7961
Step 3 点击Next
Step 4 输入一个Device Profile Name, 例如“Your Name” .
Step 5 从the Phone Button Template 选项中，选择对应的电话模块，如Standard 7961 SCCP.
Step 6 点击Save.
Step 7 保存后，在屏幕左侧，点击the link Line [1] – Add a new DN.
Step 8 在Directory Number处输入一个你要启用EM功能的电话号码，这个号码是在CCM中实际存在的号码。
Step 9 选择对应的partition，CSS等参数，注意 * 号必须填写。
Step 10 点击 Save，然后从页面的右上角，点击 Device profile config选项，回到Device profile配置页面。

Step 11然后继续在Device profile配置页面的右上角选择 Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services.
Step 12 选择一个刚才创建的EM服务，点击Next.
Step 13 点击 Subscribe.
Step 14 点击 Save.
Step 15 如果要增加其他需要EM的电话号码，就重复上面的操作。

 

 

 

如下图所示：当你使用ExtensionMobility功能，成功使用UserID/PIN登录后，当再次按下Service键要logout退出时，发现屏幕提示如下无法成功退出，这就是因为你没提交此用户的userdevice profile到ExtensionMobility service服务中，方法见上面。

 

正常的logout退出界面如下所示：

 

Task 7: 关联一个 User Device Profile 到一个用户

Step 1 选择User Management>End User.
Step 2 点击 Find
Step 3 从发现的列表中，选择需要登录的用户user
Step 4 在 Extension Mobility的Available Profiles选项下，选择创建好的User device profile,并且加入Extension Mobility。

Step 5 点击 Save.

Task 8: 配置一部实际的电话，激活EM功能，并且关联EM服务：

Step 1 选择 Device>Phone
Step 2 找到可以用来实现EM功能的电话，也就是你可以再这部电话上，使用service键，选择EM服务，然后输入username ，PIN码，然后到登陆相应的电话号码。

Step 3 在打开的电话配置页面，选择页面右上角的Related Links区域在下拉菜单中选择 select Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services 并且点击 Go
Step 4 在弹出的页面中的下拉菜单中，选择EM服务，

Step 5 点击 Next
Step 6 点击 Subscribe
Step 7 点击 Save
Step 8 关闭弹出窗口，回到电话配置页面
Step 9 在右侧靠下面的 Extension Information 选项中，将 Enable Extension Mobility box选择打钩。.
Step 10 在Logout Profile 位置，选择 Current Device Settings

Step 11 点击 Save.
Step 12 在弹出的警告对话框上，点击Ok
Step 13 在点击reset，重启电话。
