python 虚拟环境下安装flask read time out

第一种解决方法：设置time out 的时间：pip install --default-tiemout=100 Flask

还是报错，于是尝试第二种方案，采用国内镜像：

阿里云 ：http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

pip install -i http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ Flask

还是有问题，错误如下：
